Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise with the original tags (if applicable).

Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange eligible apparel within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Items with stains, odors, or damage after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or personalized products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
